What is a professional organizer?
A professional organizer is a consultant/trainer who creates personalized solutions for individuals needing organisational help at home, work or in areas of their personal life. Professional organisers have a passion to share their refined problem-solving abilities by teaching people new ideas and ways of doing things to create order and functionality.

What geographical areas do you service?
Our office is based in the northern end of the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia and most of our clients live in the local Gold Coast area. However, we are very pleased to service clients nationally and would be happy to discuss this further with you.
What about confidentiality? How do I know I can trust you?As a member of the Australasian Association of Professional Organisers I am bound by the Association’s code of ethics. How much input will I have?
It is essential that we work together since it is YOUR paperwork and YOU need to make decisions and learn the procedures and skills that will enable you to stay organised into the future.
How hard will it be for me to maintain ‘your systems’ after the set-up period?
It is vital that we set up procedures and systems that suit YOU. There are many different personality types, work styles and influences within your own physical environment that need to be considered. Organisation is an ongoing process so you need to be comfortable with your new skills in order to maintain them. Once you learn how it becomes very easy.
How much do you charge?
Mostly we charge by the hour or per workshop. However, pricing varies depending upon the type of service provided, the size of the project, and how much you are willing to deal with on your own.
